Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Orders are dispatched following  successful payment processing of payment. We aim to ship your order the next working day after receiving the payment. We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.Goods are shipped in the Australia  by Australia Post.

International Delivery

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers International Signed for Delivery in many parts of the World.All orders are sent by Australia Post. We aim to ship your order the next working day after receiving the payment. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way. For countries within the Australia our aim is to get your package to you within 10 business days. For the rest of the World please allow a little longer.

Please note for non EU countries in Europe you may have to pay Import clearance duties. As the purchaser you are responsible for paying this cost.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

RETURNS , EXCHANGES

To ensure your complete satisfaction we will accept items not worn ,used or damaged for a full refund as set out below:

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Returns need to be posted back to us via a tracked delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. The refund can not be processed until the item is received by us with all tags intact. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note you will receive your refund credit within 21 working days of the items being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return.
